How to get help with your bit-ly.me account, links, and billing.
Need help with short links, bio pages, QR codes, billing, or your account? Log in to your dashboard and open Help Center to submit a support ticket.
Describe your issue in a few sentences — include links, screenshots, or error messages if you can. Our team receives your ticket instantly, reviews it in the admin dashboard, and replies by email.
You can follow the full conversation inside your dashboard: see status updates (open, in progress, resolved, or closed) and add follow-up messages until the issue is fixed.
For billing or refund questions, mention your plan and PayPal transaction ID in the ticket. For technical issues, tell us what you clicked and what you expected to happen.
